Shortcut Salchipapa

I recently wrote about salchipapas, the popular South American snack of fried hot dogs and french fries. Kids will enjoy this shortcut version of salchipapas: hot dogs topped with potato sticks (those crispy little matchstick-shaped potato chips that come in a can). Potato sticks are quite tasty on burgers too.
