Rocambole is the Brazilian word for rolled cake, though it doesn't always describe a dessert. (There is a savory meatloaf-type dish called rocambole de carne moida, for example). This rocambole de chocolate is definitely something sweet, however - a chocolate cake roll filled with rich chocolate ganache, perfect for a birthday or other celebration.
