This popular Argentinian dish will fill you up in a hurry. It's an import from Spain, where it is often made with chicken and called Pollo a la Riojana. (A riojana is a woman from La Rioja, a region in northern Spain).
This is a somewhat labor intensive dish, great for a Sunday meal or if you have leftover pork ribs. You can save time by using frozen french fries, and you can also bake the ribs in the oven, if you don't feel like firing up the grill.
