Tropical Ambrosia

Tropical Ambrosia - Ambrosia de Frutas

This version of ambrosia is made with pineapple, mango, bananas, and fresh coconut - all tossed with a sweet/tart passion fruit syrup (which contributes a lot of flavor but also helps to keep the bananas from turning brown). Pomegranate seeds add a touch of color and crunch.
